1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern the use of the REFLEX RIVALS mobile application (Android and iOS) and of this website (https://reflexrivals.com), owned by Manuel Losada Rodríguez (trade name Bierzo Labs), contact: manuel.losro@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
REFLEX RIVALS is a free reflex-game application that lets you play different game modes, store results and statistics, create challenges with other players and take part in rankings. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve or remove features without notice.
3. User account
- To take part in challenges and rankings you need an account verified through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Verification is used only to confirm you are a real person and to prevent spam accounts.
- You are responsible for the activity performed with your account.
- You must be old enough in your country to accept these terms, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You can delete your account at any time by writing to manuel.losro@gmail.com.
4. Rules of use
You agree not to:
- Manipulate results or use bots, scripts or emulators to fake times, scores or rankings.
- Create multiple or fake accounts, impersonate others or use offensive aliases.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or other users' data, or interfere with the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the application except as permitted by law.
Breaching this may result in score removal, suspension or account termination.
4-bis. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour — zero tolerance
REFLEX RIVALS has zero tolerance for objectionable, offensive, hateful, harassing or illegal content and for abusive users. The content you create (such as your username) is moderated: usernames are screened by an automatic offensive-language filter, you can report any user directly from their profile, and you can block users so you no longer interact with them. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, removing offending content and suspending or terminating the accounts responsible. By using the service you accept this policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
The application, its code, design, logos and artwork are owned by the service owner or used under licence. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. The alias and results you generate may be displayed publicly in rankings and challenges.
6. Privacy
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy policy. In short: we never use your data for commercial purposes — only for the verified account, spam prevention and the operation of rankings and challenges.
7. Third-party services
Sign-in uses Google and Apple services, subject to their own terms: Google Terms of Service and Apple terms. Distribution is additionally governed by the Google Play and App Store terms.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided free of charge and without warranties of availability, continuity or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms and, with reasonable notice where possible, modify or discontinue the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Continued use after the change implies acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
