Delete your account
Last updated: 2026-08-21
You can delete your REFLEX RIVALS account and all associated data yourself, without asking anyone and without waiting for a reply. Here are the two ways to do it and, more importantly, exactly what gets erased.
Option 1 — From the app (immediate, recommended)
- Open REFLEX RIVALS on your phone.
- On the main menu, tap the ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- For security you will be asked to sign in again with Google or Apple: that is how we confirm it is really you.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no trash bin and no way to undo it.
Option 2 — In writing (if you have already uninstalled the app)
Write to manuel.losro@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account", from the same email address you used to create the account (that lets us verify your identity without asking for any documents). If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us your player name.
You can also request it by post:
Manuel Losada Rodríguez (Bierzo Labs)
Av. Miguel de Cervantes 13, bajo A — Villalbilla (Madrid), Spain
We handle the request within a maximum of 30 days; in practice, in under 72 hours.
What gets erased
- Your profile: alias, country, picture and privacy settings.
- All your scores, reaction times and statistics stored on the server.
- Your entries in the global and friends rankings: you disappear from the leaderboards.
- Your personal records and account privileges.
- The notification token for your devices: you stop receiving challenge alerts.
- Your friends list and your membership in groups. If you were a group admin, admin rights pass automatically to another member; if no one else was left, the group is deleted.
- Your name and results inside the challenges you took part in.
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Auth): the link with Google or Apple ceases to exist.
What remains, and why
- The challenge itself, for the other players. A challenge is a match between several people: your alias and your results are removed, but the challenge still exists for whoever played with you.
- Moderation reports you sent or that concern you: kept as long as needed to resolve the case and at most 12 months, on the legitimate interest of keeping the community healthy.
- Infrastructure backups, which are automatically overwritten within a short period.
- Your Google or Apple account is untouched: we only delete what we hold in REFLEX RIVALS. If you also want to revoke the permission you granted to the app, you can do so from the security settings of your Google or Apple account.
Before you delete: alternatives
If what you want is to stop appearing publicly while keeping your records, you do not need to delete your account: under Settings → Privacy you can switch your profile back to private. Your entries are removed from the rankings and your gameplay data stays on your phone.
